This full amenity building offers a grocery store, a pool, a 24-hour doorman, a fitness center, and an express bus as well as a restaurant/bar located in the main lobby. Onsite Parking is available for a monthly fee. The condo association charges for the use of the pool $90.00 annually + guest pass(s) and bike $25.00 annually. There is no fee for the fitness center. There is easy access to the lake and public transportation. Cable internet and a storage locker are included. There is on-site laundry. There is a $65 app fee/adult, $150 admin fee due at move-in. Tenants are responsible for utilities, yard care, and renters insurance.
Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $25 mo/rent and pet screening fee per pet before move-in.
