The Small Print:

One month holding deposit and a fully completed online application from all applicants is required to vet tenants. All applications accepted online. Listing office writes lease. There is a $40 per person rental office application fee and a $100 rental office application processing fee if approved. Additionally there is a $50 broker registration fee. This property has a 2 part approval process. The owner/mgmt company approves the tenants to lease the property and this includes a background and credit check, proof of income, etc. Secondly this property is located in a restricted HOA and all tenants (not children) must be approved by the HOA prior to commencement of a lease. It is the tenants sole responsibility to hand in any and all applicable HOA paperwork to the HOA and to give evidence of approval. The fee for this is $250 and approval requires and interview process. Please allow a minimum of 21 days to process the paperwork. This home is listed for rent by Premiere Plus Realty Co.
