Summer Studio Wait List

Accepting wait list spots for our future studio openings for moving in summer of 2020. Once we obtain notices to vacate from tenants, which usually begin rolling in during the month May ending early August, this listing will be updated w/ specific units available to rent. Our studios vary greatly in size and cost from $850 in the basement to $1550 on the upper floors and start at 336sqft and go up to 664sqft. Some units have amazing views of Mt. The University Manor apartments are part of Seattle history preserved in a beautiful 1920's brownstone. Located just 2 blocks from the University of Washington Campus and close to all major bus connections and a 15 min walk to the new light rail connection at Husky Stadium it's perfect for college students and professionals alike.
