The primary bedroom comes with a private bathroom and large closet. The guest bedroom includes an extra deep closet. The kitchen has beautiful dark wood and plenty of shelving to help keep you organized. Oversized living room w/access to the breakfast bar. This unit will include hardwood floors and carpet throughout. In addition to the apartment, our clubhouse is perfect for renting out for any special event with a fireplace and plenty of seating. A fitness center is accessible 24 hours a day. In the summer months, enjoy our award winning pool. We also have a dog park, grassy community area with benches, a basketball court and an adventurous play port!
There is a $60.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older. Tenant pays a $65 flat fee for W/S/T in addition to rent.
Pet policy: Pets will be approved on a case by case basis, breed restrictions apply. Fees: $450 non refundable fee per pet. Pet rent for dogs $50/mo. for cats $35/mo. We do not charge deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals. Please note, select units have pet restrictions, the applicant is to verify all information.

A one-time non-refundable administration fee of $150 will be due at lease signing. A $350 floor cleaning fee will be due and payable at move out.
Please note that once approved, we require the lease start date to be within 14 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require the lease start date to be set within 14 days of the expected availability date.
