RESERVATION PROCEDURES: To reserve a property a holding deposit in the amount of half of the security deposit is required. This holding deposit is fully refundable for 24 hours from time of receipt. A holding deposit is required before any applications will be accepted. Holding deposits are taken on a first-come first-serve basis. You may place a holding deposit sight unseen. A holding deposit is the only way that you may reserve a place in line for a property. Holding deposits must be paid at our office in the form of personal check, cashier's check, money order or via online ACH transfer (please contact our office directly to pay with this option). No cash is accepted for the holding deposit. If a holding deposit has already been placed you may place a back-up holding deposit to be placed next in line. WAITLIST: if you are added to our waitlist we are either waiting on times available to see a property or there may be a holding deposit already placed on the property. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation for a property nor does it reserve a place in line. If you are added to our waitlist you will be notified immediately when we have a showing schedule or if the property has been rented. Everyone on the waitilist will be notified at the same time
